MICK CONWAY
Mick has over 30 years insurance claims industry experience. He started out at Bradford Pennine Insurance and then went on to be pivotal in the evolution of AIM Legal Expenses Services Limited where he held the position of Managing Director prior to its sale.
In 2013 Total Claims Solutions was created to facilitate a market need for Road Traffic Accident documentation completion, statement taking and accident investigation. This quickly identified a need for specific specialist claims handling of Scottish Claims.
Mick now sits on the board as a Non-Executive Director.
ROBERT DAVIDSON
Rob has worked in both a claimant and defendant operational capacity in the motor claims arena for over 25 years.
From defendant insurer at Bradford Pennine to claimant representative at a number of leading Law Firms. Rob went on to be Claims Manager at Plantec Holdings the motorcycle hire and repair specialist.
Rob Co-foundered TCS in 2013 and has been the main operational point of contact ever since.
NIGEL ALLEN
Nigel’s journey also commenced at Bradford Pennine Insurance and he then went on to become an Experienced Chief Executive Officer and Operation Director who has gained over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and legal sector.
Latterly CEO of Slater and Gordons Solutions Motor Services a Credit Hire and Repair business that provided cross services into the Legal business of a UK National Law Firm.
He joined TCS initially in an advisory capacity and then as a Director in 2018. He is responsible for TCS market relationship and new business.
